Make 2005 your best year ever! Start by setting goals and then take one small step each day to get closer to that goal. When we are consistent with something, we creat a habit. When we create a habit and move in the direction of our goal everyday, then we can make it happen! As we reach one goal we can then set another and another... As we accomplish our goals, we are achieving our Dreams and are living our lives with purpose and by our example are inspiring others to do the same. In turn, we can get what we want, help others get what they want, and will change the world one person at a time.

The Rudy Foundation is preparing to kickoff the 5th annual Rudy Award Program. THE RUDY AWARD PROGRAM is a Character Education program for children in grades 5-8 and was created by The Rudy Ruettiger Foundation to recognize children who make an outstanding, exceptional effort to do their personal best everyday, overcome obstacles, set goals, stay on track to reach their Dreams and build the qualities of Character, Courage, Contribution, and Commitment into their lives everyday. The Rudy Award is about a child's heart, will to change, and desire for self-improvement.

The program runs from January 2005 - April 2005 and is offered to Middle Schools across the nation. Each finalist will be honored and recognized for their accomplishments with a Rudy Award Medallion and a $1,000 Rudy Scholarship (which can be applied towards educational or motivational programs or products approved by the Rudy Foundation such as: Leadership Camps, Self - Improvement Programs or Seminars, College Education, or Trade School). Finalists will also receive a Rudy Award Program Plaque to display in their school.

T he Rudy Foundation currently sponsors the Rudy Award Program through fundraising activities and through grants from other non-profit Foundations developed exclusively to help children. The 2005 Rudy Award Program has grown from under 100 children in 2002 to almost 2000 children in 2005. We continue to register new schools each year in order to positively impact the lives of children and help them to believe in themselves, overcome obstacles, and stay on the right track to reach their Dreams.


Rudy had the honor of visiting with former President George Bush at Texas A&M University this year!

Rudy is working with Texas A&M University for the development of Rudy Leadership Programs to be offered to Corporate America and Universities across the country. Look for details on our website at www.rudy45.com
